TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and are therefore subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

 

 

CONTRACT

No contract will exist between you and SAINTFRAGRANCE Ltd for the sale of any product unless and until SAINTFRAGRANCE Ltd has accepted your order with confirmation that it has been dispatched. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time SAINTFRAGRANCE sends an order dispatched email, and payment is taken from your credit or debit card. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts.

 

 

PRICING, PAYMENT & DELIVERIES

The prices payable for ordered goods are as set out in our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs are additional, being clearly displayed where applicable and are included in the total cost. Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

RETURNS

Looking to return an item? If you are based in the United Kingdom you can return any product in its original unopened condition within 28 days from date of purchase. Please contact sales@saintfragrance.com quoting your name and order number. SAINTFRAGRANCE will cover the cost to return damaged/faulty goods only. This does not affect your statutory rights. We do not accept returns or exchanges on International orders, due to high courier charges & for sustainability reasons, to reduce the air miles travelled by our products.
